Stacked on #354.

The last part of #287: wherever a project shows its team, the name now links to the team page.

  • UI: the team name on the project card (components/ProjectCard.tsx) and in the project page header subtitle (app/projects/[id]/page.tsx) is a next/link to /teams/<id>, styled like the rest of the meta line with an underline on hover.
  • API: no change; the shared project include already returns team: { id, name }.
  • Tests: unit assertions on both links' href; a new e2e test in 29-teams.spec.ts opens a team-tagged project, clicks the team name and lands on the team page (with a snap of the project header). adminCreateProjectViaApi takes an optional teamId.

No data impact.

Decisions

  • The project card is a plain div (only its title and button are links), so the team link sits inline with no stretched-link overlay needed.
  • Styled after PersonChip's link (inherited colour, hover:underline) to keep the meta line's look; the emoji stays outside the link so the link's name is the team name.

Closes #287

On the project card and the project page header, the team name opens
/teams/<id>, keeping the plain meta-line look with an underline on hover.
