Point US visitors to People for a Pause - #1238

Geo-detected US visitors get a modal asking if they'd rather visit peopleforapause.org, our partner org in the US. Selecting United States on the join form now shows a note linking to their get-involved page instead of continuing the signup fields, since PauseAI US is a separate organisation. The "I want to lead" path ended in a mailto to Irina, which brought in many unserious requests. Replace it with a button to her Notion lead application form, which asks for enough to filter on, and update the next-steps and has-chapter copy to point at it. Drop the PauseAI US Asana form branch: US visitors no longer reach this page since #1238 sends them to People for a Pause at step 1. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
