Repository of fireSense_SpreadFit, a SpaDES module

Utilites for working with the 'fireSense' group of 'SpaDES' modules

Summarizes the results of multiple fireSense simulations, across multiple study areas, climate scenarios, and replicates.

A set of tools for R that enhance reproducibility beyond package management

Project Templates Using 'SpaDES'

SpaDES module: validates simulated fire regimes (any fire model: fireSense, scfm, ...) against observed fires with tests that each beat explicit low and high null bars
