The basswood-io/lamer repo was renamed to basswood-io/bwlame. This updates the package name, source URL, and README link.

It also updates bwlame to 4.1.0, which includes:

• The LAME 4.0 encoder changes.
• Hardened AIFF header parsing.
• Fixes backported from upstream LAME 4.1 development. NaN, infinite, or extremely loud float input now returns an error instead of aborting the process. Internal encoder errors no longer call exit(). There are also quality fixes for CBR/ABR.

CBR/ABR output changes compared with 4.0; VBR output is unchanged.
