Brief Description of Changes

When ShowInTaskbar=true, the preview window appears on the taskbar but has no minimize button. Add a caption button next to maximize that sets WindowState.Minimized. Bind its visibility to ShowInTaskbar, so it stays hidden when the option is disabled.

Use the existing caption style and translation helper. Add MW_Minimize in all 29 locale sections for the tooltip and accessibility name.

Validation:

• Debug AnyCPU / .NET Framework 4.6.2 build passed using local SDK/resource build adjustments, excluded from this PR.
• Translation XML parsed successfully; every locale has exactly one nonempty MW_Minimize entry.
• A screenshot of the test build shows the new caption button.

This is a feature request. The PR is a draft because end-to-end minimize/restore, ShowInTaskbar=false, pinned-window behavior, and F11 fullscreen transitions have not yet been verified.

Remaining manual checks:

1. Enable ShowInTaskbar, open a preview, minimize with the new button, and restore from the taskbar.
2. Repeat with a pinned preview and check that its contents and pinned state survive.
3. Enter and leave fullscreen with F11; check window bounds and caption behavior.
4. Disable ShowInTaskbar, restart, and confirm that the minimize button remains hidden.
