This sync brings rtvision from 5dd9b7e2f654ce52c941eb72cff1a23f721f239c to upstream cadf7d5fe305ee347cb2662dc563a0984f198900 (305 upstream commits).

Highlights include side chats, t3 up device reachability guidance, context meter improvements, pull-request virtualization/performance, credential redaction, provider/runtime recovery, mobile touch and reconnect fixes, and release/build fixes.

The merge keeps RTVision Gitea/Forgejo integrations, private registry/update routing, Node/npm/OpenRC and Alpine/node-pty compatibility, SSH/WSL behavior, Vim shortcuts/focus, per-event pull-request reaction permissions, and release packaging.
