Fix Android React Native CI builds failing with Disk quota exceeded errors on Ubuntu 26.04 runners.

For Android builds, the workflow now:

• Creates temporary and EAS local build directories under the runner’s disk-backed temporary storage.
• Sets TMPDIR and EAS_LOCAL_BUILD_WORKINGDIR to use those directories instead of /tmp.
• Reports disk usage for /tmp and the runner temporary directory for troubleshooting.

This prevents Gradle, CMake, and EAS build artifacts from exhausting the approximately 8 GB RAM-backed /tmp filesystem.
