• COS Action 使用正式 v1.2.0 对应已审查提交，通过 public-base-url 使用内置上传校验，不新增验证脚本。
• PR 预览路径加入 run attempt，避免重试覆盖；生产 CDN 前缀保持 Respo/markup/。
• 同一 PR 使用独立队列，生产使用另一队列；queue: max，保留等待任务且不取消活跃上传。
• 原严格 Caps、toolchain、canonical/type/public/dynamic 门禁与 typed Reel 业务测试全部保留。原服务器部署源、目标、凭据及仅 main push 部署条件不变。

验证

提交 1519cc1，CI https://github.com/Respo/markup/actions/runs/37218173533 SUCCESS。

• 本地 YAML、所有 run 的 bash 语法、生产及两个 PR/重试路径、原门禁和服务器步骤逐项一致性、git diff --check 均通过。
• 真实 CI：strict Caps、5 模块/toolchain、不可变安装、canonical/严格入口、public 16/16 complete=true、原 dynamic 门禁、1 个 typed Reel 渲染测试及 JS/Vite 构建通过。
• Action 内置公网校验 3/3：HTML 706 bytes、CSS 345 bytes、JS 356664 bytes；实际前缀 Respo/markup/pr/13/37218173533/1/。不是缺少 secret 后跳过上传。
• Deploy to server 和 Display status from deploy 均 SKIPPED。

Calcit 升级边界

本轮只修改 workflow/README，不改源码/deps/package/lock、不添加 alpha、concurrently 或生成文件。保留当前主线 Calcit 0.27.0；独立 0.28.0 候选本轮重新检查仍被共享 JS-FFI KeyboardEventHost 类型断言阻塞，本 PR 通过不能代表完整 0.28 升级验收。未执行生产部署、发版或自动合并。
