对使用者的影响

保留现有 Content 输入、Run、Reel 调试工具和本地存档格式。升级后建议完整刷新旧页面，让浏览器加载配对的运行时和正式模块。这仍是原有 Demo，不新增 Markdown 解析/编辑功能，不清除旧存档。

本 PR 不合并或部署生产。原部署目录、COS/CDN 路径、PR 隔离前缀及 action 内置 verify 不变。

迁移内容

• Calcit / @calcit/procs 从 0.27.0 升至已发布候选 0.30.1-alpha.5，不称为正式 0.30.1。
• 将旧 alpha 模块升级为精确正式 tag：Reel 0.6.39、UI 0.7.41、Respo 0.16.122；直接使用 JS-FFI 的源码声明精确 0.2.3 依赖及模块入口。
• 删除五处 assert-type，操作入口明确接收单 Enum，经变体/游标/存档检查构造应用 Op；不假装开放事件已具备 nominal 类型。
• Store.states 明确为异构 UI Map；存档入口保留真实 Dynamic 并说明原因，不伪造泛型。已有 Store 保留身份，旧 Map 验证后恢复为 Store。
• DOM 挂载复用 Respo 已发布的 query-selector；使用 defref/add-watch!/remove-watch!、无冗余 [] 的 imports、明确 .mjs 导入。
• CI 使用当前 --check-only --all-defs、完整 strict workflow、公开命名空间入口与 weak-types 动态方法检查；保留原业务测试，只在同一 Node 测试文件补充一条编辑→Reel 回放→存档恢复的正常流程。不增加脚本或测试框架，不放宽质量基线。

验证及风险

• 全部定义检查209/209、完整strict workflow通过，公开定义17/17；应用 assertion/unsafe/deprecated/dynamic-method 均为 0。
• 原 Reel 渲染用例保留并通过，补充正常流程后 Node 测试 3/3；存档语义等价、已有 Store 身份和 Reel 回放断言通过。
• 正常 Yarn lock 更新后 immutable install 通过；配对 JS 编译、CDN base 生产构建、规范格式预览、YAML/diff 检查通过。没有把当前 CLI 对旧模块的编译当成旧版基线；本轮用clean 0.27.0 tag的本地macOS构建按旧Store布局生成固定合成存档；不是旧版完整应用回放，也未使用用户存档。
• 最终代码在独立 localhost 源实际输入中文合成内容、点击 Run，刷新后恢复同一内容；未使用业务数据。Reel 可见控件由原 Node 渲染用例验证，不将它冒充浏览器点击验收。
• 开放旧存档入口仍有一处真实 schema Dynamic，UI 状态树仍为异构边界，不宣称零 Dynamic。
• 本地未运行 Caps，使用之前核验的正式模块导出。远端 CI 须独立解析声明图并验收；本地通过不是已部署或已发版。
