Missing target flags due to outdated cargo-gpu #600
Description
When updating to the latest rustgpu commit I am encountering the following error:
error: `.json` target specs require -Zjson-target-spec to be added to the cargo invocation
Some digging suggests that for regular cargo to now be able to use custom targets you need this
-Z json-target-spec
But I don't see a way to pass a rustc flag down through cargo gpu.

cargo-gpuis backwards compatible, but can't possibly be forwards compatible forever. #484 changes the way target specs are passed, which got merged 5 months ago, and requires you to update cargo-gpu.
