This update covers named context groups, mobile message drafts, and app mentions in the Work browser. It also clarifies numeric form answers and marks legacy aliases deprecated.

Spec changes

• Context groups: Document _meta["openai/group"]: { title: "Keycaps" } on model-context content blocks, group and individual-item removal, and the default Context group.
• Mobile messages: Document iOS and Android support for active and new conversations with either send value.
• Work browser mentions: Document resource search from connected hosted apps through the existing openai/mentions capability.
• Numeric forms: Clarify that numeric fields return JSON numbers. Use string fields for exact large integers or decimal text. Desktop rejects integer input that would change during numeric conversion.
• Form aliases: Deprecate x-openai-input.type: "file" and x-openai-preview in favor of "resource" and x-openai-thumbnail.

SDK changes

• Python aliases: Mark file_input and FileUserOptions deprecated. Use resource_input and UserResourceOptions.
