Current fleet validation

On f8dea83, workspace-b passed 43 of 44 Bazel targets. The LSP integration suite passed 55 cases and failed semantic_process_exit_is_classified_before_the_response_deadline: EOF was classified as a transport failure before the child exit became observable. Dashboard, repository gates, feature gates, and the shipped Linux CLI build passed. This run did not establish a Zustand compatibility failure.

The branch is updated with master through dfe8edc, including the analyzer exit-observation repair landed through #4351. The repair observes child status within the admitted response deadline while preserving cancellation. The remaining dependency diff upgrades only Zustand from 5.0.15 to 5.0.16. Fresh CI must pass on the updated head before merge.
