Move the Reader landing onto the SaaS Maker Workbench template

Rebuilds the Reader home (landing-astro) on the SaaS Maker UI library Workbench template (v0.1.11, paper theme) with the library StudioFooter (catalog id reader, newsletter capture), fixing the footer audit that failed after #78.

• Copy: the reviewed library demo copy described the old research library (PDFs, highlights, AI), which Simplify Reader to a link inbox and ChatGPT MCP #78 removed. The content file was rewritten to the current product (saved-link inbox, Chrome extension, ChatGPT MCP) and checked against docs/product/overview.md.
• Hero image is a real capture of the inbox UI with six example links (captioned as illustrative).
• Clarity (y6budslpbi) restored in app.html (head-only) and in the landing head, per catalog policy. App routes, wrangler.toml and src/ are unchanged. /faq and /changelog keep their current look through PlainLayout.
• Weight at 1440px, first party: ~4.2KB before, ~553KB after (fonts 332KB from the library theme, images 180KB, CSS 19KB, JS 8KB, HTML 14KB). Library gap: the shared theme ships fonts for other themes.
• Footer audit (saas-maker origin/main, built dist index.html): compliant, studio form. Rendered at 390/768/1440: no horizontal scroll, no console errors, anchors resolve.
• Follow-up (not in this PR): catalog footerSurfaces/clarity files for reader still name landing-astro/src/layouts/Layout.astro and app.html; the source-file audit needs them pointed at landing-astro/src/content/reader.json. Catalog description for Reader is also stale.
