fix: bound published edition growth

Published editions are kept forever because discs reference them. Republishing over a recorded disc created a new file every two clicks, with no limit, about 0.4 MB each at TF Main limits.

• Edition IDs are now derived from their content (owner, author, title and tracks). Republishing unchanged music returns the earlier edition and writes nothing. A stored edition that no longer matches its content is reported as an error instead of being reused.
• New publish-cooldown-seconds in studio.yml (default 30, 0 disables) limits how often each player can publish.
• Existing editions and discs are unaffected.

Validation: Java 21 mvn clean verify, 295 tests, 100% instruction and branch coverage.
