A secret's value never becomes an artifact, so a task's Artifacts tab said "No data available" for an input the canvas shows as a locked secret. The input now shows the lock and the secret's name instead. The v2 run view built the task spec for its artifacts from the component reference alone, so it now carries the task's arguments too; the classic run view already passed them. Secrets will now show in task artifacts as the secret name rather than "no data"
Description
A task's Artifacts tab in the run view said "No data available" for an input that was given a secret. The canvas shows that same input as a locked secret. A secret's value is resolved when the task launches and never becomes an artifact, so the tab had nothing to show.
The input now shows the lock and the secret's name, as the canvas does.
The v2 run view built the task spec for this tab from the component reference alone, so the tab couldn't see the task's arguments. It now passes them. The classic run view already did.
