  • Merging release PRs back to back can start overlapping release-please runs that race on the same merged PRs, risking failed or duplicate tags and releases.
  • Runs must wait in order rather than be cancelled, because each merge is meant to ship its own plugin release independently.

PR Summary

Low Risk
CI-only workflow concurrency change; no application or release-token logic is modified.

Overview
Adds a concurrency policy to the Release Please workflow so pushes to main no longer start overlapping runs.

Runs share the release-please group with cancel-in-progress: false and queue: max, so a new trigger waits for the current job to finish instead of racing or being dropped. That reduces the chance of failed or duplicate tags/releases when release PRs are merged in quick succession.
