The window class has no cursor, so after the pointer passed over the frame or title bar, the Windows arrow stayed until the hovered widget changed.
WM_SETCURSORnow re-applies the window's resolved shape for the client area.Shows up with a hidden cursor in OpenGothic: move out over the title bar and back, and the arrow sticks.
