Update AI dependencies and overrides across XL packages, docs, playground, and AI examples.
Migrate SDK APIs: instructions, onEnd, isToolUIPart, and createGoogle; tighten client-side transport option typing.
Add a transport integration test covering SDK v4 model streaming, Chat tool calls, and tool output.
Migrate 87 HTTP recording hashes and request bodies for the new SDK request serialization. Recorded responses remain byte-for-byte unchanged; strict hash matching is preserved.
Update backend documentation snippets and regenerate playground example metadata.
Impact
Consumers need compatible AI SDK 7 provider versions. AI SDK 7 is ESM-only and requires Node.js 22+ for server-side use. Client-side transport error propagation from #2862 is preserved.
Testing
Full xl-ai unit suite: 217 passed, 260 skipped, 0 failed (rerun after review changes).
xl-ai and xl-ai-server builds passed.
Targeted lint passed with no errors (one existing AIMenu warning).
Documentation link validation passed; both edited routes rendered successfully.
Unit tests covering the new feature have been added.
All existing tests pass (targeted AI suite passed; full monorepo/browser suites not run).
The documentation has been updated to reflect the new feature.

No live model responses were regenerated and no API credentials were needed for snapshot migration. Related historical migration: #2328.
