All 28 showcase profiles now have a reproducible local preparation/run command and an executable DAG with a separate process per activity. Dependency-ready scheduling preserves forks and joins, including independent MLflow registration and logging after evaluation.

The 22 former metadata fixtures now perform small, real computations with explicit teaching-profile limits. The five domain pipelines also use the shared runner, including actual Blender CPU rendering. Canonical workloads generate focused standalone bundles; output manifests validate real artifacts and dependency handoffs.

Validation: all 27 small profiles completed standalone and through the local AkôFlow daemon, with 171 completed activity captures and 27 observed DAG captures. CI runs every small profile fully; the original Montage 050 image and its 58 activities, 114 control dependencies and 138 file handoffs receive a separate image/contract check. The full native Montage 050 was started locally and recorded as running with two active native mProject containers; its final outputs are not claimed as completed.

Includes local infrastructure definitions, immutable image aliases, explicit source/data contracts and execution evidence. The container runner uses the invoking UID/GID so generated outputs remain writable on Linux.
