Wanna start? It is the first week? Copy these files first to your local machine.
git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/VachaLab/C9555.git C9555_git
Before any practical lesson, be sure that the working environment is ready and functional.
First, enter the folder of the course:
cd C9555_git/
Then, enter the folder of the corresponding practical:
cd weekXX/
Adjust the infinity environment for the needs of the course:
bash ../infinity/infinity-temp.sh
Initiate the uv and jupyter environment with all necessary packages:
bash ../uv/uv-activate.sh
bash ../uv/jupyter-start.sh
Once the jupyter environment is enabled, open the jupyter notebook in your browser via the link popping up on the screen, and you are ready to go!
