The stable bot bootstrap assumes Linux process commands and ambient production configuration, preventing an isolated Windows TEST1714 setup. Add an explicit portable profile checked before Composer/environment loading, separate configuration and state paths, shell-free owned PHP lifecycle/logging, loopback HTTP, and early rejection of unsupported native game lifecycle commands. Linux without the profile retains its existing entry path.

This is stable-branch work based on 603f0a0f3be754bc728f49764cdc5503bcf2fdfd; it does not migrate V5 or alter PR15/18. The example is disabled and has no destination IDs. Operator-provisioned credentials and reviewed channel isolation are required before activation.

Validation reported by the implementation owner at a4936fb693cd3fe8b02385c0b9175eeeb984d297: seven PHP syntax checks and the temporary-storage/FakeProcess suite pass. Tests cover exclusive state locking, stop markers/replay, argv construction, profile/path/port rejection and production GameServer lifecycle rejection before game/Discord dependencies. Windows/Linux PHP8.3/8.4 offline CI is included. Independent bootstrap/default-property isolation review and exact-head hosted CI are pending.

Draft: no real bot startup, Discord connection, gateway/command registration, TEST1714 file IPC or process binding has been verified. No Debian service, game, credential/configuration, installation or live Discord action was performed. docs/windows-test1714.md records the activation boundary.

Changelog: Add an isolated Windows startup profile and owned lifecycle tools for a separately configured TEST1714 bot.
