Store screens no longer switch pages by themselves

The stress test's page tour was running on store screens. The tour shows a new page every 15 seconds: tables, seating, kitchen, expo, dashboard, deliveries. Its timer checked only that a stress test wasn't finished. With no stress test running that check never fails, so the hidden panel's timer ran all the time:

  • with someone logged in, the page changed under them;
  • with nobody logged in, the store computer switched between Kitchen and Expo, and showed "Log in first." for the pages that need a login.

The tour now runs only during a stress test. A new test checks that it stays off without one; the test fails without this fix. All 557 tests pass. The fix was checked on the store computer (a Raspberry Pi CM5): it now stays on the login page.

…screen

The stress panel is always on the main window, hidden without a stress
test, and its timer (a page every 15 seconds: tables, seating, kitchen,
expo, dashboard, deliveries) only checked that the test wasn't finished.
With no test that's never true, so a store's screen switched pages by
itself: with nobody logged in, Kitchen and Expo, and "Log in first." for
the rest. It now runs only during a stress test.
