MAX release 38169365592 fails parity because cli-messaging 0.247.0 omits the shared task follow-up entries. Pin published 0.248.0, which includes all eight missing entries and their option catalog. Keep the still-unpublished 0.47.0 version and provider implementation unchanged.
Validation: typecheck and command/page parity checks passed with a fresh isolated home and store. The release owner can retry through bin/release after merge; no duplicate messenger release from this branch.
