osv-scanner on main started failing after #347 merged (cfeac3e) on one new advisory: EEF-CVE-2026-105963 (medium, CVSS 5.1) in plug_crypto 2.2.0, fixed in 2.2.1. #388 passed the same scan about an hour earlier, so the advisory is newly published, not something #347 introduced.

Change: antd-elixir/mix.lock only, plug_crypto 2.2.0 → 2.2.1, from MIX_ENV=test mix deps.update plug_crypto. The empty build-tools list on the new line is what Hex records for 2.2.1.

Exposure: none in the published package. plug_crypto comes in only through plug via bypass and grpc_server, both only: :test in mix.exs. The other 40 osv findings in that run are the existing documented exceptions (zip V2-1634, cowlib/gun V2-1637, the unmaintained notices).

This unblocks the antd v0.17.0 tag (#388), which should go out on a green main.

osv-scanner on main fails on plug_crypto 2.2.0 (EEF-CVE-2026-105963, medium,
fixed in 2.2.1). It reaches antd-elixir only through the test-only bypass /
plug dependencies, so the published package never carried it. Lockfile only.
