antd 0.4.0 (PyPI, 2026-10-23) is the first SDK release with sha256 on upload results and manifest entries, which the upload and manifest tools report. #407 could only widen the cap (<0.5) because the security audit resolves against PyPI, which didn't have 0.4.0 yet. The guards stay for installs that bypass the floor: _fields.sha256_of reports null, and a manifest entry with sha256 is refused with BAD_REQUEST. That refusal now names the SDK version it needs (antd SDK 0.4.0) rather than only the daemon's (antd 0.17.0). Refs V2-1724. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Follow-up to #407, mirroring 603fb41 from the 0.3.0 round. antd 0.4.0 is now on PyPI (published 2026-10-23), so antd-mcp's floor moves to the first SDK release with
sha256on upload results and manifest entries.Changes
antd-mcp/pyproject.toml:antd[rest]>=0.3.0,<0.5→antd[rest]>=0.4.0,<0.5; the comment is rewritten for the new floor. chore(sdks): bump daemon-client packages for antd 0.17.0 #407 could only widen the cap because the security audit resolves against PyPI, which had no 0.4.0 at the time.manifests.py: the refusal for a manifest entry withsha256on an SDK without the field now names the SDK version it needs ("antd SDK 0.4.0 or later (and antd 0.17.0 or later on the daemon)"). It used to give only the daemon version, which read as an SDK version. No test asserts the text._fields.pyand thetest_errors_compat.pydocstrings describe the new floor.The guards stay for installs that bypass the floor (e.g.
--no-deps):_fields.sha256_ofreports null, and the legacy-SDK tests intest_sha256.py/test_errors_compat.pystill cover that path.antd-mcp itself stays 0.1.0 and unpublished.
Verified
uv pip compile antd-mcp/pyproject.tomlresolvesantd==0.4.0,mcp==2.3.0.pip install -e "../antd-py[rest]" -e ".[test]"), Python 3.12: 157 passed, 5 skipped.Refs V2-1724.
