What this adds

Shareout plugin entry in Work / Docs: connect its hosted MCP server through OAuth, publish HTML proposals, reports and interactive prototypes as browser links, and revise the same document after authorized feedback.

Verified before merging: shareout.io and the /agents / /skill.md docs all answer 200, the integration repo is public and active, and no duplicate listing existed. Nice work on the setup prompt — the approval-before-publish / access-change gates and the "a viewing link alone does not grant commenting access" caveat are exactly what we like to see.

Maintainer edits: flipped status from proposed to live and stamped verified_at (reviewer-set fields, per CONTRIBUTING). Everything else merged as submitted.
