Aetheris is source-available software. You are free to read, study, modify
and share the source code, but the product, its name and its brand remain
the property of the author. This license grants you the right to use and
modify Aetheris for your own purposes while protecting the author's
ownership, attribution and the non-commercial nature of the project.

The Aetheris project - including its core architecture, name, logos and
brand identity - remains the exclusive property of the author. This

integration you build on top of Aetheris is your own work, but the
Aetheris core you build on remains the author's.

3. ATTRIBUTION - THE AUTHOR'S NAME MAY NOT BE REMOVED

You may not remove, obscure or misrepresent the copyright notice, the
author's name (Leonardo Galli / Leo-Galli) or the Aetheris brand from
the software or any derivative work, whether in source code, user
interfaces, documentation or packaging. Derivative works must clearly
identify that they are based on Aetheris and credit the original author.

4. NO COMMERCIAL SALE

You may not sell, license for a fee, sublicense, rent, lease or otherwise
monetize the software, in whole or in part, whether original or modified,
without the prior written permission of the author. You may not offer

prevent you from using Aetheris to operate your own infrastructure or

if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use

Aetheris è software a sorgente disponibile. Puoi leggere, studiare,
modificare e condividere il codice sorgente, ma il prodotto, il suo nome e
il suo marchio restano di proprietà dell'autore. Questa licenza ti concede
il diritto di usare e modificare Aetheris per i tuoi scopi, proteggendo la
titolarità, la paternità e la natura non commerciale del progetto.

1. CONCESSIONE DI DIRITTI
L'autore ti concede una licenza non esclusiva, mondiale, gratuita e
revocabile per: (a) usare il software per qualsiasi scopo lecito;

2. PROPRIETA' DEL CORE
Il progetto Aetheris - inclusi architettura core, nome, logo e identità
di marchio - resta di proprietà esclusiva dell'autore. Questa licenza non
trasferisce la proprietà. Ogni modifica, estensione o integrazione che
costruisci su Aetheris è opera tua, ma il core Aetheris su cui la costruisci
resta dell'autore.

3. ATTRIBUZIONE - IL NOME DELL'AUTORE NON PUO' ESSERE RIMOSSO
Non puoi rimuovere, oscurare o falsificare la nota di copyright, il nome
dell'autore (Leonardo Galli / Leo-Galli) o il marchio Aetheris dal software
o da qualsiasi opera derivata, sia nel codice sorgente, nelle interfacce
utente, nella documentazione o nel packaging. Le opere derivate devono
indicare chiaramente di essere basate su Aetheris e citare l'autore
originale.

4. DIVIETO DI VENDITA COMMERCIALE
Non puoi vendere, concedere in licenza a pagamento, sublicenziare,
noleggiare o comunque monetizzare il software, in tutto o in parte,
originale o modificato, senza il previo consenso scritto dell'autore. Non
puoi offrire servizi commerciali che fanno pagare Aetheris stesso. Questo
non ti impedisce di usare Aetheris per gestire la tua infrastruttura o la
tua attività.

5. RISOLUZIONE
Questa licenza è efficace fino a risoluzione. Si risolve automaticamente
se violi uno dei suoi termini. Alla risoluzione devi cessare ogni uso e
distribuzione ed eliminare tutte le copie in tuo possesso.

6. ESCLUSIONE DI GARANZIA
IL SOFTWARE E' FORNITO "COSI' COM'E'", SENZA GARANZIA DI ALCUN TIPO, ESPRESSA
O IMPLICITA, INCLUSE MA NON LIMITATE ALLE GARANZIE DI COMMERCIABILITA',
IDONEITA' PER UNO SCOPO PARTICOLARE E NON VIOLAZIONE. IN NESSUN CASO
L'AUTORE SARA' RESPONSABILE PER QUALSIASI RICHIESTA, DANNO O ALTRA
RESPONSABILITA' DERIVANTE DA O IN CONNESSIONE CON IL SOFTWARE.
