Add Muse Spark Code

Adds Muse Spark Code, an unofficial, MIT-licensed coding agent for Meta's Muse Spark.

• Repository: https://github.com/RandyNorthrup/muse-spark-code
• Distribution: npx muse-spark-code-acp@0.14.3, published on npm. Releases ship regularly, so the hourly version updater will pick up new versions.
• Backends: the Muse Code CLI (the user's Muse subscription) or the Meta Model API.
• Auth: Terminal Auth. When the client sends clientCapabilities.auth.terminal, initialize returns:

  Without that capability, the method falls back to manual instructions: run muse-spark-code-acp login in a terminal.

Checks run locally:

• build_registry.py builds with the new entry.
• agent.json validates against agent.schema.json.
• ruff format --check passes.

Muse Spark Code is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. "Muse Spark" and "Muse Code" are Meta trademarks, and the description labels the agent as unofficial.
