Publish the Chinese translations of the three DevOps best-practice articles approved in #859. The main workflow's chunked translation inserted a second delimiter inside a delivery table and failed its integrity check, leaving all three Chinese pages unpublished.
Recover the generated documents from that failed workflow, remove the extra delimiter while retaining every content row, restore executable examples verbatim, and add eight heading aliases so the unchanged links reach the translated sections. English prose is unchanged; its only additions are the IDs already generated by the normal workflow. Translation hashes match those exact English files.
Validation: all three translations pass the existing integrity check; the existing translation test suites pass all 93 assertions. The complete site build passes, and the six rendered English/Chinese pages retain all 160 headings and every internal fragment target. All executable examples match their English originals byte for byte.
