I'll fix the CI issues on master and rebase this branch for you.

edit: When the CI fails due to linking error in the test builds, that means upstream added or renamed unit tests (usually added). Fixing is usually as simple as adding the new files to the test_sources slice in build.zig. I'll leave this exercise to you.

@torque quick heads-up: It looks like there's indeed a fixup to build.zig needed (libuv now requires the synchronization library on Windows); see neovim/neovim#42072

I'll put up a PR shortly (once I have figured out the correct library name).
