…rom CI The admin guide gains an "Installing without GitHub" section: download the regional ZIP from the public release, upload it in Organization settings > Plugins & skills > Add > Upload a plugin, set Default access, and re-upload on each release. The GitHub route's claude.ai labels are refreshed to Anthropic's current wording (Plugins & skills, Sync from GitHub, Available to install, Default access, Re-sync), the connector caveat is added to troubleshooting, and the references point at the current Anthropic pages. A new guide workflow renders the PDF on pushes to main that touch the guide and attaches it to the release the guide names, so the current guide is always at releases/latest/download/Anduin_MCP_Enablement_Guide_Claude.pdf. The release workflow attaches the PDF to every new release as well, the release check now flags stale ZIP names in the guide, and render-guide.sh keeps Chrome's stderr in CI and fails on an empty output file. A customer piloting the plugin has no GitHub. The admin guide only mentioned a ZIP upload in a troubleshooting tip, with stale claude.ai labels, and the PDF had to be rendered and emailed by hand.
