This PR will set up a new release branch for 4.2.x
4.2.x takes all the changes made so far for 5.0.x with sole notable exception of being based on OpenJPA as 4.1.x rather than Hibernate ORM.
This should allow for smoother transition for 4.1.x users, with purpose of taking advantage of Spring Boot 4.1.x and CAS 8.0.x that will benefit of long-term maintenance windows.
