Fixes to `CHANGELOG.md`: - 3.4.0: decode `/v2` to `/v2`. - 3.4.0: drop the "Allow impit v0.15" (#1128) entry. Removes the
<0.16.0cap onimpit. A minor-version cap on a 0.x package means every new impit minor needs a client release just to allow it, as happened in #1128.
