Ports the Help Center article Choosing the right solution into the docs as part of retiring the Help Center.

Changes

  • Get started overview (/get-started): the "Choose your path" section is now Choose how to get your data. It adds the option the docs were missing, hiring experts: Apify Professional Services and Apify Experts. The run and build paths already have their own pages, so the article's use/build content isn't duplicated.
  • Academy: two links that pointed to the Help Center article now point to the new section (how-to-build/index.md, relative link) and to How to choose the right scraper for the job (apify_scrapers/getting_started.md).

The article's universal-scrapers comparison isn't ported. It uses legacy scraper names, and the Academy page above already covers choosing a scraper.

Port the Help Center "Choosing the right solution" article into the
Get started overview. Add the missing "hire experts" option (Apify
Professional Services and Apify Experts) and repoint the two Academy
links that pointed to the Help Center article.

LGTM, thanks! Much better this way 🚀

It doesn't matter whether you arrived here from **Web Scraper** ([apify/web-scraper](https://apify.com/apify/web-scraper)), **Puppeteer Scraper** ([apify/puppeteer-scraper](https://apify.com/apify/puppeteer-scraper)) or **Cheerio Scraper** ([apify/cheerio-scraper](https://apify.com/apify/cheerio-scraper)). All of them are **Actors** and for now, let's think of an **Actor** as an application that you can use with your own configuration. **apify/web-scraper** is therefore an application called **web-scraper**, built by **apify**, that you can configure to scrape any webpage. We call these configurations **tasks**.
