Summary

Remove the unused @actions/artifact dependency from browserstack-report-action and update the lockfile to remove its unused transitive dependencies. Retained package versions are unchanged.

Background

• 8c8824a (2025-05-14): Added the artifact upload implementation.
• ecb45cd (2025-05-14): Added @actions/artifact to package.json.
• b072b0e (2025-05-15): Removed artifact uploading in favor of saving the report locally, making the dependency unused.
• c6c1a35 (2025-05-15): Removed the remaining require('@actions/artifact').

The dependency declaration remained in package.json after its usage was removed.
