Align workspace/runtime/provider/OpenAPI versions at 0.2.0 while retaining protocol 2026-09-02. Correct bilingual lifecycle failure paths and add reproducibility/version regression checks. Add clean-commit source-only packaging with checksums, real-path safety, regression tests, and migration notes. Seven focused tests and candidate diff secret/fingerprint scans passed; full local/history checks are pending. Existing Node 22/24 CI is unchanged. No npm publication, immutable tag, or GitHub Release is included.
