#138 - Document the Symfony Flex recipe

Description

Fixes #138 (related to cleverage/process-bundle#90): Symfony Flex recipe for cleverage/ui-process-bundle 3.0 (pull request to symfony/recipes-contrib to be opened, from the cleverage-ui-process-bundle branch of the fork). To be merged once the recipe is merged (the documentation links to it).

The recipe registers the bundle and creates:

• config/routes/clever_age_ui_process.yaml: imports @CleverAgeUiProcessBundle/config/routes/controllers.yaml only, the EasyAdmin routes being already imported by config/routes/easyadmin.yaml (EasyAdmin recipe),
• config/packages/clever_age_ui_process.yaml: the bundle configuration with its defaults.

The recipes of the dependencies already configure the security password hasher (PasswordAuthenticatedUserInterface: 'auto') and the Doctrine underscore_number_aware naming strategy; the remaining steps (database, migrations, first user, assets, workers) are listed in the post-install output.

Documentation updated accordingly:

• docs/index.md: what the recipe does, the manual setup without Flex, and the import of controllers.yaml only when the EasyAdmin routes are already imported;
• docs/reference/03-users_and_security.md: same note in the routes section.
