Migrate to stable Calcit 0.29 with typed application contracts

Changes

• Migrate the real Calcit browser application from the retired editor/config format to calcit.cirru + deps.cirru; retire compact.cirru/package.cirru only after acceptance. Original checkout and display content are preserved.
• Pair stable Calcit/procs 0.29.0 with published stable Respo, UI, Router, Reel, Markdown and js-ffi modules. Replace stale Shadow CLJS npm commands with the actual Calcit/Vite build.
• Add concrete Site, Store, Action, ToolInfo and Showcase contracts; migrate Option/watch/ref/dispatch/typed Reel APIs. Use checked minimal host contracts and typed browser adapters, without unsafe casts or compiler fix-rule additions.
• Preserve the old Map storage format and restore it through a validated Store decoder. Preserve startup random showcase selection and the original ten examples.
• Update CI and frontend COS/CDN deployment with action built-in checksum verification; original rsync destination is unchanged. No extra verification scripts/concurrently/generated output.

Acceptance

• Strict graph and paired toolchain: 6 immutable stable modules; immutable Yarn install passed.
• All-definition check: 305 passed, 0 failed/blocked/cascaded.
• Complete public check: 31/31 across all seven non-meta app namespaces.
• Two short attached updater/legacy hydration tests passed; original attached test inventory was zero.
• Zero deprecated calls or unresolved dynamic methods; canonical formatter unchanged.
• Production Vite 8.3.1 build passed for relative and actual COS asset bases.
• Real browser: homepage and highlighted code, logo click chooses another showcase, dev-mode Reel panel and control dispatch, actual reload restores persisted Map as Store, zero console errors. No claim that random startup index remains identical.
• content/ is bytewise unchanged in Git.

Known limits / merge prerequisite

• Remaining open Respo state/dispatcher/FFI boundaries are documented, not hidden: formatter reports 6 occurrences/6 definitions; broader weak-type view includes 7 schema Dynamic slots and 6 nil occurrences.
• Existing 1.43 MB bundle warning remains, not suppressed.
• gh secret list returned no repository secrets. Organization inheritance has not been established. Deployment requires COS_BUCKET, COS_SECRET_ID, COS_SECRET_KEY and rsync_private_key. PR builds do not deploy. Production upload has NOT been accepted; do not merge until deployment credentials are confirmed.
• Baseline program-diff cannot load retired top-level configs; no successful baseline AST-diff claim. Migration mutations used official CLI dry-runs and scoped revisions.
