The file came from the Node template chosen at repository creation, plus Go lines that do not apply. Rebuild it from the community Hugo template and the parts of the Node template that match our npm tooling, and anchor the generated directories to the repository root so they cannot hide a nested folder with the same name. Remove the tracked .DS_Store, which was committed before the ignore rule existed. Signed-off-by: Marco Nenciarini <marco.nenciarini@enterprisedb.com>

Sources: github/gitignore community/Golang/Hugo.gitignore and Node.gitignore. Hugo executables, Tailwind output,
.env.*with.env.examplekept, and the Node cache and logs are covered. The Go, Next.js, Nuxt, Gatsby, Yarn and similar patterns are dropped, since nothing here can produce them.Checked with
git check-ignore: generated files are ignored,.env.exampleis not, andcontent/publicor a nestedpublicfolder is no longer hidden.git ls-files -ci --exclude-standardis empty. In a clean clone, npm run build and npm run dev leave no untracked files except package-lock.json, which #492 starts tracking.
