Dependabot alert 2 flags postcss-selector-parser below 7.1.6, which tailwindcss 3 and its postcss-nested pull in at 6.1.5. Tailwind 3 has no patched release, and the update Dependabot proposes jumps to tailwindcss 4, which breaks the build. Override the package so the whole tree uses the patched version.

Supersedes #497, which bumps tailwindcss to 4 and fails the build check. Dependabot should close it once the alert is fixed.

From a clean npm ci, the tree has one postcss-selector-parser (7.1.7) and the build gives 331 pages with a main.min.css identical to production. The lockfile only loses the two nested 6.1.5 copies. npm audit goes from 7 findings to 5 high ones (braces, chokidar, fast-glob, micromatch and tailwindcss itself). All five come from tailwindcss 3 and only the tailwind 4 migration removes them. Dependabot already auto-dismissed the braces alert.

Superseded by #500, which upgrades to Tailwind CSS v4. That removes the vulnerable postcss-selector-parser copy, so the override is not needed.

Move to the v4 CLI (`@tailwindcss/cli`) and drop the JavaScript config
and the `<4` version cap in Renovate. Keep the v3 look: v4 puts
utilities in a cascade layer, which would let the site stylesheet
(`style.css`) override them, so the utilities are imported unlayered.
The v3 font stacks, text line heights and the seven palette colors used
in layouts are restored in an `@theme` block, and `md:leading-*` is
added where v3 let the responsive text size set the line height by CSS
order. The Tailwind sources are limited to `layouts`.

This also clears the postcss-selector-parser Dependabot alert without an
override, and supersedes #497 and #499.
