New GitHub protocol broke all scans. Code which passed now gives Error: Code Scanning could not process the submitted SARIF file: A delivery cannot contain multiple runs with the same category. Please upload a single run per category.. #541

https://github.blog/changelog/2025-07-21-code-scanning-will-stop-combining-multiple-sarif-runs-uploaded-in-the-same-sarif-file/ requires small changes to this tool. Until then, no code can pass.

Based on other comments here, I ended up writing a script to give each output a unique id before uploading the sarif file. It's an extra step but it keeps GitHub happy
