d3062ae23b69f22175f510d9d298dd825931444a.Private feedback screens previously imported screenshot and replay bundles when the dialog opened, and imported replay again on close, even though capture was disabled. Keep these dialogs immediately ready for text feedback without loading capture code. Query/hash URLs also skip replay imports while retaining their existing screenshot policy.
Validation: all 33 browser Vitest checks pass; the standalone ESM/IIFE build passes. No hosted workflow was dispatched. This is stacked on the commit already pinned by CommuniArts.
