Adds Cloudscale (existing sponsor entry
cloudscalech, logo already in assets/sponsors/c/) as a gold sponsor of DevOpsDays Zurich 2027 in data/events/2027/zurich/main.yml. Only this one event is touched. The gold package counter (max: 3) is computed automatically from the sponsors list.Also reduces the hard-coded gold '# Available Packages' value from 5 to 4 in content/events/2027-zurich/sponsor.md, since Cloudscale now takes one gold package.
