After publishing packages and creating or verifying the release, dispatch
benchmark-history.ymlon the default branch with the published version assource. Grantactions: writeand make dispatch best-effort withcontinue-on-error: true; publication does not wait for benchmark measurements.Validation: parsed workflow YAML, checked dispatch ordering and permissions, exercised the command with a stub CLI, and verified whitespace with CRLF handling. Required .NET restore and formatting checks could not run because
dotnetis unavailable in the environment.Closes #42.
