osx-arm64to thepublish_binariesrelease matrix so GitHub releases include a native Apple Silicon build (dev-proxy-osx-arm64-<tag>.zip) alongside the existing assets.create_releasejob already uploads everybinaries-*/*.zip, so the new zip is published with no other changes.win-*, so they don't affect this build.windows-latestrunner. Apple Silicon requires that signature.The Homebrew formula is intentionally not updated. We'll verify the osx-arm64 asset from a real release on Apple Silicon before updating Homebrew.
