feat(install): serve install.sh and install.ps1 from GitHub Pages - #35

Shorter URL: curl -fsSL https://dpologdvinity.github.io/gitwhy/install.sh | sh. The release workflow now copies both installers to the site on every release.

Serve the installers from GitHub Pages (free, shorter URL). Already published once to gh-pages and checked with curl; the release workflow keeps them current. README and install.sh usage updated. The raw.githubusercontent URL still works.
