Purpose

Map the new published Rust principal-attribution increment to the shared SDK
coverage guide. Advances #122 and depends on
durable-workflow/sample-app#171.

The ordinary namespace command now checks server-derived start, signal and
workflow completion actors with real namespace-bound SDK credentials, gateway
injection receipts and worker SIGKILL/cold replay. Keep the remaining Rust
principal cases explicit and distinct from Server's broader PHP/Python/operator
fixture.

No product API, version, instruction authority or prose test changes.

Sample App #171 is merged as 65e3a51c0e1c012fad06155905067febbfaf89f6.
Published execution
passes all four original Rust runs, correct operator/worker principals,
24 successful injected mutations, worker SIGKILL, signals during verified
absence, distinct replacement and unchanged committed history prefixes.
Raw histories and request/process receipts
have 30-day hosted retention. All normal consumer gates pass. Shared contract
check 37862770288
passes on this documentation head.

The broader audit remains open. Remaining Rust principal cases are explicitly
listed in the coverage guide rather than inferred from this named-credential
start/signal/completion fixture.
