Maps the separate child command's authenticated legacy token requester checks
through Rust-involving cooperative cancellation, propagation, duplicate requests,
committed delivery and cold cleanup replay with actual forged metadata.

Depends on durable-workflow/sample-app#176, qualified by
https://github.com/durable-workflow/sample-app/actions/runs/37871497744.
All five Rust-involving directions preserve requester attribution and immutable
identity/deadline through original/duplicate requests and physical cleanup-worker
loss. Ten original parent/child runs cancel in 15.399–16.577 seconds, before their
30-second deadlines. Thirty-seven focused checks, 76 metadata checks and all 15
normal gates pass. Shared contract tests also pass. Merge after Sample App #176.

Preserves the published Python cancellation-caller boundary, separate runtime
token roles, anonymous cooperation, Rust cancellation clients and browser rendering.
Advances #122 without closing the wider audit.
