Outcome
Update the public conformance map for the actual cancellation caller and access cases delivered in Sample App #186.
Refs #122.
The frozen published tuple passes all 17 Sample App PR checks and all nine main workflows. Children run 38065074579 retains the complete official scenario results. The command now checks separate five-case runtime-token and anonymous families with actual PHP/Python/Rust cancellation clients, original actors through duplicates, worker/missing-authentication refusals, SIGKILL and cold cleanup replay. The documentation names those executed cases and preserves the separate Waterline browser gate.
No runner, frozen fixture set, artifact tuple or release authority changes. Markdown diff checks pass.
