The first v0.9.0 tagged run failed before creating a release. On Windows, policy edits could retain their mtime and queued commands could reach Enter under stale rules. Reload now compares file contents and environment grants require a valid readable source; regression tests force unchanged timestamps, cover equal-length edits, invalid sources and recovery.
The browser guard still checks rejected input, unchanged content/cursor/columns, but permits trailing empty viewport padding from asynchronous dock layout. macOS notarization was Accepted and stapling completed; ticket validation exited 68. Retry only that service-error status up to three attempts, while every signature, ticket, Gatekeeper and contained-DMG check remains mandatory. Native success is still pending the corrected release build.
Validation: 316 portable Rust tests passed (one existing ignored); 82 release-tool tests passed; all 15 header/input scenarios and 15 production collaboration/environment UI scenarios passed using isolated real PTYs and Chromium. Local native workspace compile still lacks GTK development libraries. No public release or assets exist, and the v0.9.0 tag remains at fbf5a7b pending an explicit retag decision. No checks or signing gates are bypassed.
